Bodo Sahitya Sabha award

GUWAHATI, January 17: The 53rd annual conference of the Bodo Sahitya Sabha (BSS) will be held from January 22 to 24 at Tetihal in Sishupani of Golaghat district. On the occasion, several awards would be given to different Bodo individuals who made their mark in their respective fields. This was informed by BSS president Dr Kameshwar Brahma and its general secretary Kamala Kanta Mushaharry at a press conference held here on Friday.  “On the occasion, Rangsar Literary Award 2013 will be given to Birendra Kr Basumatary, Sameshwari Brahma Literary Award 2013 will be given to Bimal Mushaharry, Prawan Borgoyary Literary Award 2013 will be given to Brojendra Kumar Brahma and Sangjarang Lakheswar Brahma Cultural Award 2013 will be given to Naresh Chandra Brahma,” stated the BSS.
